He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Bailey and Edna Bailey (Tucker); and his siblings, Beth Jager, Dolores Dykstra and Richard Bailey.
He is survived by: his wife Connie Swearngain; his children, Kim Friest (Jon) of Indianola, Ryan (Allyson) of Hamilton, IA, Jeremy (Stephanie) of Hamilton, IA and Lance (Shellee) of Johnston, IA; his grandchildren, Kellon Tremmel, Taylor Hallengren (Shane), Hunter, Eli Bailey, Attylissa Collins (Levi), Olivia, Quinton Bailey, Grace and Tyler Bailey; his great grandchildren, Max, Cam Hallengren and Vashti Collins; and his brother David Bailey (Judy).
