She was predeceased by: her husband Ronald L. Douglas; her son Gregory Lee; her brother Duaine Ensor; and her brothers-in-law, Fred Mc Intire and Dennis Smith.
She is survived by: her daughters, Tonya Lea (Mike McMurray) of Knoxville, Iowa and Rhonda Douglas of Knoxville, Iowa; her grandchildren, Peyton and Paige McMurray; and her siblings, LaRue Mc Intire of Belle Plaine, IA, Dorcas Smith of Eldridge, Iowa and Dwight (Arleen Ensor) of Pella.
In lieu of flowers, the family prefers memorials for Hospice of Pella Comfort House or Marion County Humane Society.
