He is survived by: his mother Frances Joan Jones (Stephens); his wife Pam Johnson; his son Zach; his sisters, Judith Foreman (Brian) of Parker and Suzanne Morgan of Knoxville; his nephews, Drew Morgan of Knoxville, Nathan Foreman of London and Joel Foreman of Colorado; and his niece Natalie Morgan of Knoxville.
