He was predeceased by: his parents, Cornie Slycord and Dorothy Slycord (Hall); and his siblings, Connie Miller and Larry Slycord. He is survived by: his close friend Vickie; his daughter Tosha Van Rees (Jon Rowen); his grandchildren, Paige Pecinovsky (Cadin), Grant Van Rees, Addy Van Rees and Riley Rowen; and his siblings, Pamela Slycord, Roger Slycord, Dave Slycord and Dennis Slycord (Kelly). He is also survived by his friend/love of his life.
In lieu of flowers, Jerry's family would like donations to be made to Vickie.
