He was predeceased by: his parents, Jonas LeRoy (Tony) and Bonnie Eldora Sparks (Roland); his wife Norma; and his great grandchild Brittany. He is survived by: his children, Rosa Lea "Rosie", Charles LeRoy "Charlie" (Brenda), Terry Dean (Stephanie), Michael Dwayne (Karin), Randy Wayne and Rhonda Lynn; his great great grandchild Maggie Moo; and his siblings, Ronald "Lee" Sparks and Christy Ann Finken (Chris).
