He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Nichol and Gladys Nichol (Donaldson); his former wife Lori Nichol; his daughters, Pam Nichol and Jennifer Nichol; his grandson Joel Minnihan; his siblings, Beverly, Walter Dale Nichol and Jim Nichol (Barb); his son-in-law Terry Minnihan; and his sister-in-law Betty Partridge.

He is survived by: his former wife Deloris Watt (Lori); his daughter Pamela; his wife Patty Nichol; his children, Julie Minnihan and Andrew Nichol (Ji); and his sisters-in-law, Peg Bartling, Carole Nichol (late Walter Dale) and Midge Thornton (David). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.

There will be no services due to the COVID 19 situation.
