He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor Whitlatch and Florence Whitlatch (Hill); his son Ted Whitlatch; and his sister Annabel Bristow. He is survived by: his wife Germaine Whitlatch; his daughter Sharon Allspach (Whitlatch); his son-in-law Stan Allspach; his grandchildren, Angie Pietig (Chad) and Aaron Allspach (Jessica); his great grandchildren, Kaylee, Payton, Harper, Piper and Parker; and his brother Richard Whitlatch of Knoxville.
