She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Ward and Opal Ward (Belger); her husband Kenneth Vernon Orr; her brother Roger Allen Winslow; her children, Patricia Cox Orr and Carroll Edward Orr; her grandson Timothy VandeKamp; and her great grandchild Lane Orr.

She is survived by: her children, Cynthia VandeKamp (Ronald) of Knoxville, Mark Orr (Patty) of Knoxville, Jim Orr of Nevada, Terry Orr of Nevada and Tom Orr (Karri) of Knoxville. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 32 great-grandchildren; and 3 great-great-grandchildren; also many other relatives.
