Gerald Sobieszyk Obituary

We are sad to announce that on March 4, 2020, at the age of 84, Gerald Sobieszyk (Knoxville, Iowa), born in Columbus, Nebraska passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Ed Sobieszyk and Huberta Sobieszyk (Roy); and his brothers, Ed A. Sobieszyk, Jr. (Janet) of Shelby and Nick Sobieszyk of Kearney, Nebraska.. He is survived by: his son Concrete Contractors; his sisters, Kathryn and Kathy M. Dugger of Knoxville, Iowa; his nieces, Cindy Ewoldt Wisner of San Diego, Sandy Ewoldt Coon of Knoxville and Jeanie Ewoldt Ball (Larry) of Knoxville, Iowa; and his nephew Craig Sobieszyk (Leann). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.

Memorials may be made to the Seminarians Class of 2019-2020 at the Diocese of Davenport, Iowa.
