He is survived by: his daughter Kay Benki (Rudy); his grandchildren, Kris DeBont (Kelli), Kelli Farley (Chris), Mason Benki and Eric Benki; his great grandchildren, Blake DeBont (Morgan), Paige DeBont and Chase Brink (Jonah); his stepgreat-grandchildren, Britney and Josh; and his great great grandchildren, Theo, Kampbell, Nash and Jack.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to First United Methodist Church in Knoxville.
