He is survived by: his children, Tara Jennings (Mike) of Cedar Rapids and Trent Neal of Waukee; his grandchildren, Chandler, Shelby and Jaxson; his stepgrandchildren, Ashley, Addison and Emily; his mother Mary Lou Forsythe (Doggett) of Lineville; and his sisters, Kitty Gage of Red Oak and Kathy White of Garden Grove.
