It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald Edwin Billings (Knoxville, Iowa), born in Albia, Iowa, who passed away on January 9, 2019, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Jeane; his parents, Harrison and Hattie; his great grandchild Brenna Ryan; and his siblings, Gerald Billings, Evelyn Matney, Katherine Nichols and Beulah Lepley.
He is survived by: his children, Diana Ryan (Jim), Mark Billings (Lois), Paul Billings (Judy) and Julie Gardner; his grandchildren, Matthew, Stephanie, Amanda, Amber, Adam and Luke; his brother Ronald Billings (Betty Jean); and his close friends, Charlie Burk, James "Pinky" O'Brien and Clarence "Rocky" Rockwell. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
