He is survived by: his children, Mary and Dave (Lela); his granddaughter Elly Hatcher (Jamison); his great grandchildren, Harrison and Daxton; and his siblings, Jerry McKinney of Knoxville, Carol Evans of Oskaloosa and Brenda Lewis of Oskaloosa.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
