She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Edward John and Viola Evelyn Katz (Campbell); her husband Gary Joseph Finnegan; her children, Tawny Bulman (Thomas) of Fredericksburg, Todd Finnegan of Littleton, Tory Finnegan of Oregon, Twyla Hoover (Darin) of Knoxville, Therese Spaulding of Fredericksburg and Tim Finnegan (Sara) of Knoxville; and her siblings, Earl "Buster" Katz (Anetta), Roger Katz (Karen), Rose Baltes and Robyn Proffit (Jason).
