He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Urban and Iva Maud Prichard (Zumwalt); his former wife Martha Ann Hogan; and his siblings, James, Kenneth, Dale, Samuel, Glenn and Chloe Poe.
He is survived by: his sons, Clyde, Jr. (Pam) of Knoxville and Vince (Richele) of Pleasant Hill; his wife Maxine; his daughter Amy Smith (Jeff) of Knoxville; and his sister Maxine Willoughby of Crestwood.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Knoxville Panther Scholarship Foundation.
