She was predeceased by: her husband Jack Belknap. She is survived by: her children, Burton Belknap M. D. (Patricia) of Fargo and Marjo Belknap of Nova Scotia, Canada; her stepgrandson Scott Wolfe of Bismark; and her niece Judy Cosner Evans of Motley, Minnesota. She is also survived by many relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Knoxville First United Methodist Church.
