Bruce White Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bruce White of Knoxville, Iowa, born in Davenport, Iowa, who passed away on June 26, 2020, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Junior "Whitey" and Georgia White; and his brother Ron White of Gibbs. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Wearmouth; his friends, V. A. and Des Moines; his sons, Jeremy White (Lori) of Des Moines and Jamison White (Mindy) of Nevada; his granddaughters, Brianna (Luke), Grace, Jaeda and Jacelyn; his great grandchild Haizley Durkop; his siblings, Larry White of Mesa, Arizona, Gloria Croce (Jon) of Newton and Bev Curtis (Bruce) of Newton; his sister-in-law Mary White of North Liberty; his aunt Barbara Grindle of Ottumwa; and his nieces and nephews, Ron White (Kathy), Tim White (Christina), Mike White (Anita), Matt Curtis (Michael), Mitch Curtis, Moyne White, Karen Langner (Randy), Jyni Peterson (Ben) and Amanda Regehr (Sam). He is also survived by many cousins, great nieces & nephews, & friends.
Due to Covid-19 regulations, a memorial will be held at a later date.
Memorials may be made in Bruce's memory to the Mental Health Department for PTSD at the VA Central Iowa Health Care System in Des Moines, or to the Fisheries Division of the Iowa DNR.
