She was predeceased by: her father Douglas Weihs; and her daughter Amy DeGoey. She is survived by: her mother Sheri Weihs (Wares); her fiancé Dustin Clark; her children, Ashley DeGoey, Faith DeGoey, Dexter DeGoey, Samantha Hawkins (Brandon), Kacie Clark and Logan Clark; and her siblings, Connie Grinstead (Eric), Christopher Cox, Cynthia Youngblut (Josh), Shawn Weihs and Emily Weihs. She is also survived by many nieces, nephew, aunts, and uncles.

Mandy's family kindly requests that any memorials be given to a local animal shelter to honor her love of animals.
