She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Newman and Claudia Newman (Femrite); and her brother Robert Newman. She is survived by: her husband Harlan L. Block of Klemme; her son Nathan (Kathleen) of Waukon; her grandchildren, Ashley Dougherty (Nick) of Waukon, Carter Fuhrman of Iowa City, Tyler, Caleb and Trevor Block; and her great grandchild Cole Dougherty of Waukon. She is also survived by five nephews, one niece, cousins, other relatives, and treasured friends.
