She is survived by: her parents, Barry Eichelberger and Viane Eichelberger (Sanderson) of Hawkeye, Iowa; her husband Aaron Blockhus; her children, Aydan of Klemme, Makenna of Klemme, Makinley of Klemme and Ashtyn of Klemme; her siblings, Rachel Green (Justin) of Truman, Emily Klinkhammer (Mak) of Dubuque and Jonathan Eichelberger (Maddison McDonald) of Decorah; her parents-in-law, Scott and Christy Blockhus of Elgin, Iowa; and her brother-in-law Travis Blockhus (Kari) of Marion, Iowa. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
