He is survived by: his brother Ed Sandberg (Marty) of Kiron; his nieces, Melissa Burris (David) of Gig Harbor and Emilee Lakner (Nathan) of Denison; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Ashlan, Hailey Burris, Warren and Ryan Lakner. He is also survived by many cousins and friends.
