With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert Oscar Swanberg of Kingsley, Iowa, born in Merrill, Iowa, who passed away on June 23, 2023 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Swanberg and Ivy Swanberg; and his siblings, Max Swanberg, Shirley Jensen and Phyllis Bruning.

He is survived by: his wife Geraldine Kisting (Jerri); and his children, Kim Hill (John) and Michael (Mary Jane). He is also survived by seven grandchildren, and 13 great-grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be made, in Bob's memory, to the John Stoddard Cancer Center or Linn Grove United Methodist Church.
