She was predeceased by: her parents, William Clausen and Marcella Clausen (Herbold); her husband Keith Richardson (Keith); her parents-in-law, Weston and Emma Richardson (Johnson); her siblings, Clair Clausen and Marcia Walker (Larry); her sister-in-law Sharon Clausen; her in-law Ruby Kabisch (Robert); and her great grandchild Kegan Collins.

She is survived by: her children, Kathy Collins (Frank), Mark Richardson (Debbie), Brian Richardson (Lora), Mike Richardson and Linda Mercer (Rick); her grandchildren, Jason Collins (Becky), Jamie Johnson (Chris), Justin Collins (Lisa), Sean Richardson (Sarah), Chad Richardson, Matt Richardson (Kendra), Morgan Richardson, Jesse Richardson (Stephanie), Dustin Richardson (Mandie), Joel Richardson (Kristina), Trisha France (Brendan), Ashley Schmillen (Steve), Stella Curry, Holly Woods, Lucas Richardson, Emma Richardson, Ryan Mercer, Robby Mercer (Katlyn) and Rachel Van Gorp (Carter); her brothers, Larry Clausen, Dennis Clausen (Deb) and Darold Clausen (Carolyn); and her sister-in-law Darnell Clausen. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

Visitation was held on Thursday, March 13th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, March 14th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:15 AM. A prayer was held on Thursday, March 13th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Kingsley Funeral Home (101 W 2nd St, Kingsley, IA 51028). A funeral service was held on Friday, March 14th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the First Lutheran Church (406 Main St, Kingsley, IA 51028).
