She was predeceased by: her parents, Alton E. Miller and LaVerne Miller (Keyser); her husband William; her son Raymond Ruhrer; her daughter-in-law Heidi Ruhrer; and her siblings, Yvonne Brower, Lauren Varvis and Denzel Miller.

She is survived by: her children, Rhonda Bigham (Tim), Robyn Sander (Bruce) and Ron Ruhrer Jr.; and her stepchildren, Brian Wilson (Jen), Dawn Wilson, Bill Wilson (Anita) and Mark Wilson (Rebecca). She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren.
