He is survived by: his wife Kerry Mousel of Kingsley, IA; his children, Neal Loutsch (Kelsey) of Remsen, IA and Kristin Loutsch of Omaha, NE; his grandson Porter James Loutsch; his siblings, Kay Grunden, Don Loutsch (Janet), Pat Loutsch (Mary) and Tim Loutsch (Valerie); his father-in-law Wayne Mousel; and his siblings-in-law, Brad Mousel (Loreen), Steve Mousel (Jillayne), Barbara Schnoes (Ron) and Kristina Wren (Christopher).
