She was predeceased by: her husband Robert; and her siblings, Rita Idlewine, Bernice Schroeder, Arthur Schroeder and Shirley Kass.

She is survived by: her children, Bernadine Shroeder (Rolfes), Mike Hagan (Joan), Patti Bollin (Dennis), Kathy Johnson (Steve Schiltz), Leanne Seablom (Norm), Daniel Hagan (Donna) and Jeffrey Hagan (Lynda); and her siblings, Jo Ann Doering, Marge Bennett (Pat) and Richard Schroeder (Marilyn).

Memorials may be given to Kingsley Public Library in Helen's name.
