She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Polly and Mae Polly (Sherman); her son Jerry Walker Ray; and her siblings, Dale Polly and Bonnie Ray.
She is survived by: her children, Thomas Ray (Marsha), Kingsley, Kevin Ray, Jackie Stanfield (Frank), Patty Parrish (Doyle) and Shelly Livermore (Mark); her grandchildren, Mike Ray (Devi), Matt Ray, Mindy Dunne (Cory), Kris Stanfield, Derek Stanfield (Heidi), Tammy Parrish, Teresa Parrish (Shane), Rachel Ray, Dustin Livermore (Lisa) and Lakin Hancock (Caleb); and her sister-in-law Jeannie Polly. She is also survived by 20 great-grandchildren and 5 great-great grandchildren.
