He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas S. Madsen and Irma C. Madsen (Lange); his sister Elaine J. Leick; and his brother-in-law Jens D. Jensen. He is survived by: his siblings, Howard Madsen (Vernice) of Hilton Head, SC, Carol Jensen of Yorkville, IL, Alan Madsen (Lori) of Spirit Lake, IA and Warren Madsen (Marie) of Newton, IA. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and cousins; other relatives and friends.
