He is survived by: his wife Ruby Christoffersen; his daughters, Shirley Christoffersen of Urbandale and Carol Forshier (Kevin) of Redfield; his grandchildren, Adam Forshier (Betty) of Cedar Falls, Abbi of Grimes and Aaron Forshier of Grimes; his great grandchildren, Emma and Bruno; his siblings, Dalton Christoffersen (Sylvia) of Atlantic and Ardyce Lee of Westminster, Colorado; and his brother-in-law Tom Holmes (Sally) of Union Grove, Wisconsin. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
