He is survived by: his wife Terri Jensen; his children, Ronnie Andersen, Toby Jensen and Crystal Taylor-Donahue; and his siblings, Darrell, Diane Jensen, Lee Jensen and Joanie Jensen. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and two cherished grandchildren.
