She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Bruger and Margaret Bruger (Schuldt); her husband Loren L. Kusel; her daughter Peggy Seeber (Jim); her son-in-law Philip Brumbaugh; her grandson Stacey Kusel; and her siblings-in-law, Bud Garling and Lois Weaver (Max).
She is survived by: her children, Scott Kusel of Montezuma, Beverly Brumbaugh of LaPorte City and Kathy Ebert (Kevin) of Cedar Rapids; her grandchildren, Brian Seeber, Brad Seeber (Shea), Cindy Young (Jon), Beth Kusel, Heath Kusel (Michele), Heather Kusel, Tisha Miller (Ryan), Deana Bringolf (Robert), Tracy Johnson (Chris) and Kellee Guthrie (Shaun); and her sister Mardene Garling of Belle Plaine.
Memorials may be directed to St. John Lutheran Church.
