She is survived by: her parents, Michelle Cruzen of Keystone and Cory Clark; her stepmother Lisa Spencer; her stepbrother Trevor Busenbark of Keystone; and her grandparents, Cathy, Timothy Cruzen of Minneapolis, MN, Donnia and Cedric Riley.
