He is survived by: his wife Pat; his children, Eric (Ann) of Van Horne, Kristi Steinbeck (John) of Bellevue, IA, Damian Franzenburg (Deb) of Ames, IA and Rebecca Hess (Mark) of Overland Park, KS; and his grandchildren, Ellen, Calvin, Grant Franzenburg, Abraham, William, Benjamin Steinbeck, Molly, Ryan Franzenburg, Charlotte, Elise and Corrine Hess. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
