He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Vesely and Antonia Vesely (Kohoutek); his son Jeff Vesely; his sisters, Blanch Collins (Comondore), Mildred Chalupsky (Fred) and Rose Sass (Elmer); and his brother-in-law Milvoy Dvorak.
He is survived by: his wife Dolores Vesely of Keystone; his son Dan Vesely (Sue) of Elberon; his grandson Matthew Vesely (Jackie Rogers); his great grandchildren, Levie, Chevelle, Ross Vesely and Ashlie Hemenway; his grandson Grant Vesely (Jamie); his great grandchild Finley Vesely; his stepgranddaughter Alicia Titcomb (Troy); his stepgreat-grandson Gavin Knoop; his stepgrandson Wendell Knoop (Sara); his stepgreat-grandchildren, Travis, Evan Waller and Zane Knoop; his daughter-in-law Doreen Vesely; his grandsons, Derek and Jeremy Vesely; his daughter Sue Kaloupek (Doug) of Elberon; his grandchildren, Joey Kaloupek (Taylor Plumb) and Danielle Kaloupek (Jordan Lehman); his great grandchild Ellie Lehman; his sister Libbie Dvorak; and his sister-in-law Mary Cibula.
Any memorials directed to the family will be donated to Parkinson's Association, Keystone Care Center, or Essence of Life Hospice in Charles name.
