She was predeceased by: her father Lawrence Carter (Wimpy); her son Jerimy Fankhauser; her sister Bonnie Pearl Walker; and her nephews, Wade Leon Carter and Clint Edward Walker.
She is survived by: her mother Barbara Jean Carter (Phillips) of Sigourney, IA; her husband William Haley; her children, Amy Fager (Jim) of Chillicothe, IL, Sarah Love (Russell) of Dubuque, IA and Jason Ryan Kiene of Dubuque, IA; her brother James Carter (Twila) of Sigourney, IA; her brother-in-law David Walker of Callao, MO; and her grandchildren, Rachel, Andrea, Alyvia Fager, Makayla Heinze, Brennan, Brynnlee and Gunner Love.
