He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom Mills and Alice Mills (Bayliss); his children, Michael, Robert Mills, Sherri and Angela Mills; and his brothers, John (Jack) and James Mills.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley May Duncan; and his children, Debra Mills-Stigers (Dan) of Washington and Steven Mills (Kim Gatliff) of Minneapolis, Minnesota. He is also survived by four grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
