He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Neff and Vivian Leora Neff (Zear); his stepmother Mabel Neff; and his uncle Lyle Zear. He is survived by: his wife Linda Sue Seaba; his children, Kenny Neff (Kayla) of Keota and Sarah Greiner (Nathan) of Keota; and his grandchildren, McKenna, Bailey, Covert and Kameron.
