She is survived by: her children, Pamela Kay Ward (John) of Anamosa and Marc Wayne Miller (Kathy) of Bettendorf; her grandchildren, Shawna Ward, Chera Rebackoff (Matt), Megan Wadsworth (Joe) and Matthew Miller; her great grandchildren, Brentley, Porter and Theo Wadsworth; and her sisters-in-law, Edith Wellington of Washington and Sharon Wellington of Cedar Rapids.
A memorial fund has been established for the "Y" in Washington for memberships for kids.
