He was predeceased by : his parents, Carl Haley and Laura Haley (Starrett); his wife Judy Baugh; his daughter Laura Knight; his grandson D. J. Haley; and his brothers, Bubba, Wilmore Haley and Sunny Marret.

He is survived by : his daughter Rebecca Ross (William) of Keota; his son-in-law David Knight of London, England; his grandchildren, Ashlyn Ross and Dustin Ross; his great grandchild Johnathon Adams of Keota; and his brother John Haley.
