He is survived by: his wife Sheila; his sons, Andrew Haiar (Rhonda) of Burlington, Eric Haiar (Mary) of Huntley, IL and Sarah Haiar (Barry) of Maquoketa; his grandchildren, Drew Bentley, Allison Bentley, Cameron Bentley, Meghan Bentley and Hannah Haiar; his great grandchild Dayton Jacob; and his nieces and nephews, Fred Clark, Lynnette Forth and Tasha Croffott.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred.
