He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Ridgeway and Hazel Ridgeway (Giberson); his daughter Kay Lynn; and his brothers, Melvin and Keith Ridgeway.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Ridgeway of Keosauqua; his sons, Stan Ridgeway (Cheryl) of Iowa City and Ron Ridgeway (Ashlyn) of Raleigh, NC; his granddaughter Nicole Pershing (Eric); his great grandchildren, Leah and Ashlynn; and his siblings, Margaret Boyer and Glen "Buster" Ridgeway.
