He is survived by: his wife Carol Jane Shriver of Keosauqua; his children, Kelly Plummer (Adam), Richard Eland (Elizabeth) of Fairfield and Robert Eland (Raela) of Boone; his granddaughters, Annabelle, Madison, Whitley, Josephine, Windsor and Murphy; and his sisters, Lezlie Eland of Fairfield, Kimberly Filz of Hamilton, IL and Laura Kaska of Fairfield.
