He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Blackburn and Helen Gove Blackburn; and his son Mark Blackburn. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Taylor; his children, Bella Blackburn of Farmersville, Jimmy Blackburn (Kandy) of Blue Ridge, Ginnie Fox (Ronald) of Gunter and Mike Blackburn of Whitewright, Texas; and his siblings, Bonnie Lowe and Richard Blackburn (Sherryl) of Keosauqua. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
Memorial contributions in Robert's honor may be directed to the family to be designated at a later date.
