It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Eis (Keosauqua, Iowa), born in Muscatine, Iowa, who passed away on April 2, 2019, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Clarence Eis and DeEtt Eis (Rockafellow); his spouse Irma Elizabeth Bement (Betty); his children, Keith Eis (Nancy) of Des Moines, Beth Campney (Ben) of Des Moines, Karen Eis of Des Moines, Carol Eis of Des Moines and Ann Mallams (Steve) of Mt. Union; his grandchildren, Erica Eis, Austin Eis, Carla Olson (Eric), Dan Sherman, Julie Brown (Mitch), Jessica Streeter (Seth) and Jacob Mallams; and his sisters, Alice Parks (Carroll) of Mt. Pleasant and Beverly Sage of Waterloo. He was also cherished by nieces and nephews, other relatives and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to Bonaparte United Church, Bidwell Riverside Center, or a church of your choice.
