He is survived by: his friend Thelma Scarff; his children, Ken Johnston of Lebanon, Iowa and Nadine Miller (Kerry) of Hiawatha, Iowa; his grandchildren, Brent (Linda), Laurie (Tracy) and Mark Miller; and his great grandchildren, Dylan Fields, Ashtyn Miller, Brittany Miller and Nate Miller.
