He was predeceased by: his parents, James Malachosky and Eva Malachosky (Snider). He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Davis of Keosauqua; his children, Mark Malachosky of Pennsylvania and April Jefferson (Kerry) of California; his brother Tim Malachosky; and his grandchildren, Evan, Emily Malachosky, Sharmaine, Kerry Jr. and Antoine Jefferson. He is also survived by 5 great grandchildren.
