She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Miller and Lucile Turnipseed Miller; her husband Wayne Boley; her daughter Kathryn Carruthers; and her sister Bettye Bartholow.
She is survived by: her sons, Keith Boley (Jane) of Cantril, IA and Steven Boley of St. Petersburg, FL; her grandchildren, Justin, Jennifer and Jamie (Jenna); her great grandchildren, Kaelyn, Brayden, Brooklyn, Brantley and Kinley; and her siblings, Charlotte Bissig and Fred Miller. She is also survived by her family and friends.
Memorial contributions in Maxine's honor may be directed to the Lebanon United Methodist Church or to the Lebanon Cemetery Association.
