She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Hamberg and Lena Shaw Hamberg; her former husband Kenneth Leo Franklin; and her siblings, Kenny Hamberg and Jean Counts.
She is survived by: her husband Dennis Harrington; her children, Pam Franklin (David Roth), Shelly Wilson (Brian) and Scott Franklin (Amy Shipley); her grandchildren, Mindy Torrey (Ryan), Jennifer Lewis (Dan), Nikki Butts (Damian), Hunter Roush (Lexi), Philip Wilson (Christina), Tony Wilson (Chelsea), Chris Wilson (Liz), Katie Wells (McKane), Cole Franklin (Ali), Grant Franklin and Taylor Franklin (Trevor); her great grandchildren, Livy, Cami, Monroe, Lochlan, Lena, Aiden, Easton, Charlie, Fletcher, Blakeley, Andrew, Paisley, Phoebe, Natilee and Isla; her stepson Michael Harrington (Mara); her stepgrandchildren, Murphy and Mickleson; and her sister Janet Page (Gary). She is also survived by her family and the many friends.
Memorial contributions in Joyce's honor may be directed to the Grace Activity Center or to the family to support organizations that were important to Joyce.
