She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry King and Helen Hixon King; her stepfather Otto Keck; her son Bruce Ramsey; her great grandchildren, Jordan Ramsey and Sarah Dane; and her siblings, Joyce, Opal, Dulcy and David.
She is survived by: her husband Vernie Harold Ramsey; her children, Rita Carlson (Ken) of Fairfield, Jim Ramsey (Toni) of Donnellson, Doyle Ramsey (Karen) of Des Moines, Carroll Ramsey (Lori) of Eldridge, Darrell Ramsey of Cody and Grace Kysar (Jerry) of Worland, Wyoming; her grandchildren, Kent, Kim, Danny, Josh, Mandy, Nicole, Andrea, Alyssa, Austin, Emily, Bailey, Malory, Jesse, Amy, Justin and Lisa; and her sister Nannette Holcomb of Agency, Iowa.. She is also survived by 31 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Bonaparte Baptist Church or Hospice Compassus.
