He is survived by: his parents, Adam Lankford of Seattle, Washington and Sabrina Larski; his stepfather Shawn Orte of Kalona, Iowa; his grandparents, Michele Larski of Keosauqua, Debi Lankford of St. Louis, Teresa Rosete of Keota, Steve and Tammy Orte of Clear Lake, Iowa; his aunts and uncles, Shaena Powell (Ben Harris), Heather Larski, Melissa Hoffman (Mark), Rick Kessler (Lora), Jodi Rigler, Amber Mays (Steven), Jason Lankford, Courtney Orte (Jake Brager) and Colton Orte; his great-grandparents, Sharon Potter-Johnston and Marvin Orte; his cousins, Gavin, Elijah Powell, Coby Orte, Maizee Brager, Kristen McReynolds, Zac Simons, Logan Hoffman, Kalya, Tasha Hoffman, Jordan Mays, Zavien and Analise Mays; and his brother Maxwell Sullivan.
